                    Korean Kimchi Fried Rice
    
        Korean Kimchi Fried Rice is a popular dish in Korea. It is made with seasoned rice, vegetables, and kimchi, a traditional fermented Korean condiment made from cabbage, onions, garlic, and other spices.             Ingredients (2 Persons)
            
                
                                        - 3 cups cooked white rice
- 1/2 cup kimchi, diced
- 1/4 cup kimchi brine
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 green onions, sliced
 
         
        
            Directions
            
                                - 
                    Step 1 Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. 
- 
                    Step 2 Add the garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. 
- 
                    Step 3 Add the kimchi and kimchi brine to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes. 
- 
                    Step 4 Add the cooked bacon, cooked rice, and soy sauce to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 
- 
                    Step 5 Push the rice to one side of the skillet and add the beaten eggs to the other side. Cook the eggs until they are scrambled, stirring occasionally. 
- 
                    Step 6 Stir the eggs into the rice and cook for 2 minutes, until everything is heated through. 
- 
                    Step 7 Garnish with green onions and serve.
