Gyoza Roll Sushi

Ingredients (2 Persons)

  • 1 package gyoza wrappers (50 pieces)
  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup cooked crab meat, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup cooked salmon, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup cooked bacon, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup scallions, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup pickled ginger, finely diced

Directions

  • Step 1
    Lay out a stack of gyoza wrappers on a clean work surface.
  • Step 2
    Mix together the cooked rice, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and sesame oil in a bowl. Set aside.
  • Step 3
    On each gyoza wrapper, spread 1 teaspoon of the rice mixture. Top with a spoonful of the diced shrimp, crab, salmon, bacon, cucumber, scallions, and pickled ginger.
  • Step 4
    Roll the gyoza wrapper up tightly and place it on a plate. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
  • Step 5
    Serve the gyoza roll sushi with the mayonnaise for dipping.
