Teriyaki Tofu Bowl

Ingredients (2 Persons)
- 1 pound extra-firm tofu, drained and pressed
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 cup frozen vegetables, thawed
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
