Sushi Bowls

Ingredients (2 Persons)

  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 4 ounces smoked salmon, sliced
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 carrot, diced
  • 1/4 cup pickled ginger
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar

Directions

  • Step 1
    Divide the cooked sushi rice among four bowls.
  • Step 2
    Top the sushi rice with smoked salmon, avocado, cucumber, and carrot.
  • Step 3
    Sprinkle the pickled ginger, sesame seeds, and nori over the bowls.
  • Step 4
    Drizzle each bowl with soy sauce and rice vinegar.
  • Step 5
    Serve the sushi bowls immediately.
