Ingredients (2 Persons)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound peeled and deveined shrimp
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
Directions

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook until golden and cooked through, about 3 minutes.
