Miso-Glazed Salmon with Sesame Spinach

Miso-Glazed Salmon with Sesame Spinach is an easy and flavorful dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal. Ingredients (2 Persons)

  • 4 (4-ounce) salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons white miso
  • 2 tablespoons mirin
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Directions

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Step 2
    In a small bowl, stir together miso, mirin, honey, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic powder until combined.
  • Step 3
    Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Spread the miso mixture over the top of each fillet.
  • Step 4
    Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top of each fillet.
  • Step 5
    Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Step 6
    Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sesame oil and spinach and cook until wilted, about 3 minutes.
  • Step 7
    Serve salmon with sesame spinach and enjoy!
