Korean Pork Bulgogi
Korean Pork Bulgogi is a popular Korean dish that is made with marinated pork that is grilled or stir-fried. The pork is usually cut into thin strips and marinated in a mixture of soy sauce, sugar, garlic, sesame oil, and other seasonings. Ingredients (2 Persons)
- 2 pounds pork shoulder, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon gochujang
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions

Step 1
In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, gochujang, and black pepper. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.

Add the sliced pork to the marinade and mix until the pork is coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork and marinade to the skillet and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pork is cooked through.

Serve the pork with steamed rice and your favorite sides.
