Korean BBQ Ribs

Ingredients (2 Persons)

  • 2 pounds boneless pork ribs
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  • Step 1
    In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, garlic, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, ginger, red pepper flakes, and black pepper.
  • Step 2
    Add the pork ribs to the bowl and toss to coat. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  • Step 3
    Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill the ribs for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the ribs are cooked through and the sauce has caramelized.
  • Step 4
    Serve the ribs with rice and your favorite sides.
