Korean BBQ Ribs
Korean BBQ Ribs are a classic Korean dish that consists of marinated pork ribs that are grilled over an open flame. They are usually served with a variety of side dishes, including kimchi, pickles, and rice. The ribs are usually seasoned with a mix of garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and brown sugar, giving them a sweet and savory flavor. The marinade helps to tenderize the meat and keep it juicy while grilling. Korean BBQ Ribs are a popular dish at restaurants and can easily be recreated at home.
