Japanese Ramen Noodles

- 320 grams ramen noodles
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 1 tablespoon sake
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
Directions

Bring the chicken broth to a boil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
