- 2 pounds beef, cubed
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 (14-ounce) can coconut milk
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef cubes and cook until they are browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
