Crockpot Ginger Pork

Crockpot Ginger Pork is a delicious, slow-cooked dish that is made by combining pork, ginger, garlic, and a variety of other ingredients. Ingredients (2 Persons)

  • 2 pounds boneless pork, cubed
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons freshly grated ginger
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

  • Step 1
    Add the pork cubes to the slow cooker.
  • Step 2
    In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, chicken broth, honey, ginger, garlic, red pepper flakes and black pepper. Pour the mixture over the pork cubes.
  • Step 3
    Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours, or on high heat for 4-5 hours.
  • Step 4
    Once the pork is cooked through, transfer it to a plate and shred it with two forks.
  • Step 5
    Return the shredded pork to the slow cooker and stir to combine with the sauce. Serve over cooked rice.
